One Click Install WordPress & Other Web App
If your web host does not come with Fantastico or other automatic web application installer, you would know how tedious it is to do the job manually.

Automated WordPress Installation (without Fantastico)
Not every web hosting provider bundles Fantastico or its equivalent into your hosting plan. Even if they do, sometimes it wouldn’t work (been there, done that, not on Fantastico though, but on DreamHost’s one-click-install). In this case, your best bet is to download the entire WordPress script at 1.8 MB with over 600 files in it and upload all of them to your server.
